New Beginnings Construction and Roofing

I found the company through google, they were the first to call me back. We set up an estimate and Micah came out to assess the damage. He was such an amazing person, from the first time we met. Very professional and knowledgeable, we were new to the roof repair thing, bro g first time homeowners. Any question I had, no matter the time of day, Micah would answer. He made sure I understood the process, every step of the way. The communication was great, they sent emails and they even have a portal to keep you in the loop. Our repair was scheduled for this past Monday. They brought the supplies the Friday before. On the day of, they arrived on time and got straight to work!! I was there during the whole ordeal, it was a little noisy, but that’s to be expected, I would peek outside every now and again. The crew was very respectful to not only me, but my property. My children had to leave for school, and one of the crew members made sure they got out safely through the construction zone. The work was done all in one day and it took a few hours to complete, wasn’t bad at all. Once they were done, I went outside and spoke with Micah. We stepped back and took in the beauty of my new roof, he also helped pick out the color of the shingles and it was an amazing color choice. He pointed out I few things to me and told me, not to worry, the shingles just had to settle. But he also said, if within a few weeks, if it still looked off, give them a call and they would come back out. They started the clean up process and was extremely thorough. They walked the property quite a few times with the magnet to make sure they got every nail. They left the property exactly as they found it. I am so happy to have found New Beginnings Construction company. I would recommend any and everyone to do business with them. You will not be disappointed. I had to crop the photo a little, but as you can see, my roof looks amazing 🤩

Andrew Russell is someone I would confidently recommend to anyone to oversee a project. His work ethic is second to none and he takes real ownership of every project he’s on. He brings experience, attention to detail and strong leadership to the field every single day. Beyond that he is a solid guy with great character. He is honest, dependable and the kind of person who holds himself to a higher standard. If Andrew Russell is overseeing your project, you’re in good hands.

After a major flood in our frog room and garage, New Beginnings brought not only piece of mind that everything would be taken care of but also incredible craftsmanship. Corey was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through not only the estimate process but in helping us navigate our insurance as well. Our project manager, D, was not only kind but incredibly communicative. If we had an issue or question he responded right away, giving us an answer or solution. The only issue we ran into was that sometimes the calendar on the communication app they use was not updated with accurate scope of work to be completed on the days stated but D was always available for clarity.

Awesome experience working with New Beginnings. They helped us with an insurance claim and honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Could’ve gone with a cheaper vendor, but I think in the end, their willingness to work with insurance and the professionalism was more than worth the difference. Also, they took pride and really wanted to deliver top quality. It was a pleasure working with these guys.

From beginning to end New beginnings construction has been amazing! Jeremiah was our project manager and who initially came to meet us when we were hunting for a good and honest roofing company. He is very personable and walked us through what the process of what it was going to look like with insurance and always kept us in the loop of what was going on. The entire roofing team was professional and kind and got the job done and cleaned up. When the interior painters (I’m sorry, I don’t remember their names) came to fix our ceiling they were also kind and professional and cleaned up any mess afterwards. Couldn’t say enough good things about this company and how hard they fought to make sure our insurance did the right thing!
