1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a listing or managing a business profile on Haystayk.com (“Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not list or promote your business on the platform.
2. Business Eligibility & Listings
Businesses must:
- Be legally operating in their respective region
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information
- Maintain the quality and integrity of any services promoted
- Keep contact and payment information current
Haystayk reserves the right to approve, deny, or remove any listing that does not meet its standards or violates these Terms.
3. Account & Listing Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy of your listing details
- Responding to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Fulfilling services promised to users
- Managing bookings, availability, and customer expectations
You agree to keep your business information current and to update your listing as needed.
4. Fees & Payments
Haystayk charges listing and promotional fees as outlined on the platform. Payments are processed via Stripe or PayPal. By listing your business, you agree to their terms:
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing or required by law. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or removal of your listing.
For businesses that accept customer payments through the Haystayk platform, you agree that:
- All transactions are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal
- Payouts are subject to processing timelines and fees set by the payment provider
- You are responsible for complying with all local tax, invoicing, and reporting obligations
- Haystayk may hold or delay funds in cases of suspected fraud, disputes, or policy violations
Any payment arrangement is solely between you and the customer. Haystayk only facilitates the transaction and is not responsible for refund policies, disputes, or fulfillment.
Haystayk is not liable for failed, delayed, or reversed payments due to third-party processor actions.
5. Third-Party Services & Transactions
You acknowledge that Haystayk:
- Does not guarantee sales, leads, bookings, or exposure
- Is not liable for customer satisfaction, payment disputes, or service outcomes
- Acts solely as a marketing and listing platform
Any contracts, services, rentals, or sales conducted through the platform are solely between you and the customer.
6. Short-Term Rentals, Events, & Experiences
If your business offers:
- Short-term rentals (vacation homes, venues): You are responsible for ensuring legality, insurance, access, and clear communication of cancellation/refund policies.
- Events or experiences: You must clearly outline event details, limitations, age restrictions, and refund policies.
Haystayk is not the host or manager of these services and assumes no liability for property access, injury, cancellations, or customer issues.
7. Prohibited Content & Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post misleading, false, or harmful information
- Use the platform to advertise illegal services
- Upload malware or disrupt the site’s performance
- Solicit or spam users outside of standard inquiry features
8. Intellectual Property
All platform design, branding, and code belong to Haystayk, LLC. Businesses retain ownership of their content but grant Haystayk the right to promote, feature, or distribute it as part of directory use.
9. Suspension & Termination
Haystayk reserves the right to remove any listing or suspend access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at its sole discretion if the business negatively impacts the trust or reputation of the platform.
10. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Haystayk from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:
- Your services or conduct
- Disputes with customers
- Alleged violations of law or rights
11. Changes to Terms
