in the last weekThis is actually my first time leaving a Google review because I can’t bear the thought of someone else leaving as defeated as my husband and I did. We first walked in and stood at the hostess stand for nearly 10 minutes. A few workers walked by but no one noticed us until finally a waitress came and told us to sit where ever we want. We chose to sit outside because it was cold inside and the weather was nice out. From the time we came in until the time we left, it was almost an hour and a half. My husband got a burger with fries and I got a chicken sandwich with chips. It took a while for the food to come, but we are super patient people so we just sat out by the water and enjoyed the weather. When we got our food, every single thing was wrong (his burger didn’t have cheese, my sandwhich had pickles, onions, tomato’s, and lettuce when I only asked for cheese and bacon, and they gave me fries instead of chips) It took a while to get it sorted out but a second waitress came out and helped us and she was wonderful and the good was decent. We ate our entire meal without silverware and napkins because our waitress was nowhere to be found. We finally got the check and we actually can’t believe we spent $50 on that experience. We’re super patient and understanding people but we will truly never be back. We would’ve loved to speak with someone about this, but there was no one to be found at all. Super disappointing date night:/ Also should’ve read the reviews before coming in… I would’ve never given my hard earned money to a place that speaks to their customers the way this place does. Clearly a lesson in customer service needs to take place. I’m a hairstylist and I’ll be telling all my clients to steer clear

a month agoMolly was so inviting and sweet! We sat on the patio and there was some discrepancy on who our server was at first, but Molly noticed us sitting and checked in with us. Very attentive and adorable. As a regular here, I was worried sitting anywhere but the bar, but Molly made the experience with my friends great. Food as always is amazing and the st. Patties day menu was a huge hit.
