in the last weekServer was taking shots at the bar today. Walked up to some man sitting at the bar & took his shot. Place was dirty. French toast was burnt. Very disappointed in the atmosphere, food & cleanliness. First time in this area & definitely won’t be going back to eat there.

in the last weekI walked in at 2:31 pm, knowing they closed at 3. I was going to order, take pictures/taste for review, and then ask for to-go plates. It's unfortunate they denied any service due to closing in 30 minutes. Never turn down a sale, and most definitely never assume why the customer is there. With this customer service, I would not try again.

in the last weekWe had a group of 6 and asked not to sit at wobbly tables by the door since another table became available and the hostess was upset by this. As it was, we took a table for 4 and squeezed in. She obviously asked the server to serve other tables sat after us. Then they wouldn’t take our order. The manager came out of the kitchen/back to take our drink order. The waitress finally decided to take our order after caring for her 5 other tables all around us clearly looking in our direction but spinning away from us to avoid eye contact. One of our chairs was wobbly and we didn’t want the back to break and another person was angered by this. This person was working the bar on the other side of the restaurant and had no reason to be concerned or upset or involved. She dropped the chair loudly to get attention from the restaurant guests and staff. We did not ask the question rudely, in fact we tried to be overly nice. Every time we looked around they glared at us. The waitress did try to make up for it after this and the food was good, so the experience made a slight rebound, but the attitude of the front staff or personnel needs a major change. We will not return.
