in the last weekThe service was incredible, coffee was delicious, and the food was so tasty. I was really impressed by the latte with Cinnabon, it was so well curated i wanted to order another. Braden must be a master at the craft of coffee. I’ve been on the search for the best Cinnabon flavored latte and this made me want to take another trip to Charleston. The flavor was unreal. The charisma on Braden and Bailey was the best service I’ve had in years, they made my experience feel caring and genuine. Bailey and Braden’s energy and kindness felt electric. This made me feel the heart that’s in Charleston and this will be my first stop when I visit again. The service was so quick and efficient. I hope these two are the leaders of this store, if the business expands these two employees deserve to train & manage the next set of employees. I hope The Dime expands to Charlotte NC. Definitely will be telling my friends, family, and followers to dine here!!

a week agoThey have the best latte I’ve had in the chs/mt.p area and it’s reliable every time! They put a ton of care into their espresso everyday when they come in to set up and it shows.

3 weeks agoWell-decorated café with a warm atmosphere. The hot drinks were good, and the place is spacious enough to comfortably come with friends. However, the atmosphere and staff style may feel unusual for a more traditional or conservative area, and it was not really what I expected in this region, which made the experience a bit less comfortable for me personally. I understand there may be staffing difficulties nowadays, but I personally think the café could benefit from a more professional and locally fitting customer-facing approach.

3 weeks ago4.5⭐ Enjoyed my experience on Daniel Island by starting my morning at the Dime. Quality breakfast eatery right in DI Waterfront Park. And yes, they have your oat & almond milk. Although I only ordered an iced Americano ($3.25), I'd like to go back for the food menu. I noticed the wood-fired oven so one could assume their pizza may already have a leg up compared to others. Pleasantly surprised they serve wine morning/brunch alcoholic beverages (bloody mary, Irish coffee, mimosas). 8am-11:30am Breakfast menu - breakfast burritos/sandwiches (including pork roll), bagels, smoked salmon, quiche, and baked goods. Lunch menu 12pm - Close - Pizza, heavier sandwiches like BLTs, Meatball, Cubans, etc. If you have a sweet tooth, they even have ice cream for you or the little ones. Plenty of room both inside and outside. It also seems like you're able to order for to go if you want to enjoy your meal & coffee by the water. My only half star deduction was for a miscue in service. My order was called for being complete despite missing my fiance's drink even though it was on the ticket. Despite the confusion it was made in a few minutes. Still was an overall great coffee and eatery to pop in.
