Fabulous Fourth in the Creek

Why is this location marked 2.6 miles from its ACTUAL LOCATION?!?!?!?! If you were misled by Google Maps into driving to this location and can't find the city government building, don't despair. Turn and head north, away from Charleston, towards Moncks Corner for 2.6 miles and it will be on your left (West) across the oncoming lanes of traffic.

Shout out to the city workers who decided to block my street so they could make unloading grass easier for them. Honestly, if it's not messing up the water meter lids, it's them turning off water for maintenance without giving you a heads up. 'OH we didnt know you were home'. No city has better employees that demonstrate they hate their job more than those who work at Goose Creek. You hating your job shouldn't make my life harder.

I showed up at the recreational center this morning, sat on the bench out front until the doors opened. But I decided to register on their website to see what was being offered there. Before I could complete the registration a cop comes out and says to me: "I don't know if you been sleeping out here or what.... but they don't want you here!" No other explanation. Apparently it's very exclusive and not everyone is welcomed.
