This classic BOUT boxing class features 12 rounds of boxing, conditioning and movement. Whether you're new to boxing, or an experienced boxer, this class pushes you to improve your overall performance while having fun.
SKILLS / TECHNIQUE CLASS
This class breaks down punches, footwork, defensive and offensive moves to help you gain a better understanding of boxing. You will definitely still get a sweat in too!
BOUT YOUTH
We offer kids group classes that are geared towards boxers between the ages of 7-12. We also offer privates and group privates for your kids and their friends where they will learn boxing basics such as the stance, the punches and the defense that all boxers learn.
BOUT STRENGTH
Supplement your BOUT Classic workout with the BOUT Strength class. This class will increase your strength and speed while focusing on weight lifting in a safe environment.
