2 months agoI did not have a good experience at this store. First off, as I entered I wasn’t greeted so I decided to see myself to the self serve dog wash to check out for future use. As I walked to the register to look for the help that should have been offered upon entering I was given a suspicious look as if wondering what I was doing checking out the area? I, as the customer, asked for more information regarding the self serve dog wash and continued to receive a confused look from the woman behind the counter who continued to eat from her plate of food. Overall, I felt extremely unwelcome and needless to say will NOT be bringing my pups here for any service or product.
