My passion for helping others improve their lives stems from a pivotal moment in my own life. At the age of 12, amidst my parents’ tumultuous divorce, I experienced the transformative power of therapy. It was in those sessions that I found a sense of peace and learned the importance of understanding what is within our control. This experience ignited my purpose to empower individuals to realize their agency in any situation, no matter how challenging it may seem.

As I navigated my own health challenges in my late 20s, I discovered the profound connection between mental and physical well-being. Through my journey of overcoming autoimmune conditions and reclaiming my health, I recognized the intertwined nature of mental and physical health. This realization has shaped my approach to holistic wellness, driving me to address both aspects in my practice.
