I am a husband, teacher, and a photographer that serves the Charleston area. My mission in photography is to tell your story. There is nothing like looking at an old photo and vividly remembering the joy you grasped at that particular moment. I am a family photographer, and by that I don’t just mean that I take pictures of families. I want to be your family’s photographer. I want to join y’all for every big milestone. I want to watch your kids grow up, and I want to capture the joy along the way.

Family Photography Packages

  • Standard

    This package is a great opportunity for engagements, family, holidays, and milestones. It includes digital delivery of 40 color corrected and stylistically edited images.

  • The Whole Crew

    If you are looking for photographs of your extended family, up to a dozen people, this is your package. Included are 60 color corrected and stylistically edited digital images.

  • Sand and Cobblestone

    My most popular multiple location package. This includes photos downtown and at Folly Beach. Included are 60 color corrected and stylistically edited digital photographs.

  • Custom

Wedding Packages

  • Standard

    This package includes up to 6 hours of coverage. Hundreds of professionally edited and color corrected photos will be delivered in a custom online gallery. This package also includes a pre-wedding meeting to discuss all things about your wedding.

  • Premium

    This is the total package. I will capture every step of your wedding day. I will be there while y'all are getting ready, and leave after you leave. This package includes an engagement session, pre wedding meeting, and a custom online gallery.

Why choose Clayton Hyams Photography to capture your wedding?

The quality of pictures is top priority, but it is about so much more than that. A huge part of my job is building trusting relationships. I'm going to be a part of one of the biggest days of your life. I truly believe that is where I stand out. The more I get to know a couple the more prepared I feel to capture their day.

What locations do you work?

I am happy to work anywhere, but I serve the Charleston, SC area. If you would like to work with me outside of Charleston please reach out!

How much time do I need to schedule for?

Time frame is often a little overlooked when hiring a photographer. You really have to think about how you want your wedding day to go, and what you want captured. Some questions I would ask yourself. Do I want pictures while getting ready? Are we doing a first look? Do I want to do group portraits before the ceremony or after? If you need help with some of these decisions I would be more than happy to talk to you about it.

Do your packages include a second shooter?

My packages do not include a second shooter. However, if that is something that you are interested in please let me know and I would be happy to work that into your quote.

What is your usual turn around time?

Within 48 hours you will have a sizeable sneak peak digital gallery delivered to you. Then the rest of the photos will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks.
