Craig has made an incredible difference in improving our home! No job is too small or too difficult for him. I recently used Rapid Repairs for a repair to the vinyl siding on the outside of my house, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Dave was very professional and spent time looking at my front door which needs to refinished. He gave me ideas and alternatives to consider. Then he surveyed the areas of my fence needing repair. He was quick and thorough providing me estimates of both jobs as well as an estimate on a hand rail which needs repainting. He was knowledgeable and has the experience to do the jobs so I am confident his work will be excellent!

I contacted Rapid RepIr to have the closing springs reattached to the drop down ladder for my attic access after they popped off when I accidentally let the attic access slam shut. The technician, Dave, arrived within a couple hours of me calling. He looked over the project and recommended that I replace the access ladder with a more modern and sturdier ladder. He quoted a price of nearly $1900. I declined and paid the $69 service fee which I thought was reasonable. I watched a YouTube video on making the repairs and completed the repairs myself in about a half hour.
