A Little About Me
I’ve been photographing families in Charleston and Mount Pleasant since 2015. Over the years, my style has evolved into one that feels both classic and creative, allowing me to capture portraits that are sophisticated, yet full of heart.
I’ve been honored to be recognized as Best Family Photographer in Charleston by Expertise.com every year since 2018, and in 2025, Mount Pleasant Magazine awarded me Best Family Photographer in Mount Pleasant. My work has been published in several national magazines, and I maintain a perfect 5-star reputation on Google. But more than the awards, what matters most to me is the look on a parent’s face when they see their child’s portrait turned into art. That moment — when they realize this image will hang in their home and one day be passed down — is why I do what I do.
Ready to begin your portrait experience? Let’s create artwork that celebrates your child’s story and becomes part of your family’s legacy.
It varies by the age of our subject, session length and flow. Most regular sessions generate 20-50 Unique (no duplicates), editable images.
Yes—flattering retouching that highlights each subjects best features. Advanced Photoshop work is available upon request for an additional fee. Fantasy/Fairy Tale Digital Art pieces receive advanced edits at no additional cost.
7–14 days on edits. Finished artwork/albums depends on the season and lab/courier lead times. Orders can back up November-January due to the Holiday Rush. I advise creating time sensitive work in September.
After booking, you’ll receive a styling guide + consult. I recommend textures, not prints, avoid logos or shirts with words, and always go with coordinated tones over matchy‑matchy. You will receive a vision board to use as a reference after our initial consultation. Wardrobe Rental is highly recommended.
Studio sessions happen rain or shine, day or night. If Charleston weather misbehaves, we pivot outdoor sessions to studio or reschedule—no stress.
All Locations that require an admission fee also require an additional photography permit/fees. I’ll advise and handle logistics as needed. Public spaces are free for use as long as public and resident access is not impeded.
