Contract Exteriors were a phenomenal company to work with! My husband and I had a sunken-in deck and a custom-sized window from the 50’s that needed to be replaced and we weren’t sure how best to handle it all. Mike came out to our house to help explain the whole process and gave us multiple options on what we could do. He was patient and helpful in all the ways we needed as first-time home owners! Our project manager, Lucas, was available throughout the entire process and did a great job including us in the status updates. We knew what was happening every step of the way and this was a major bonus! He was also very friendly and very pleasant to work with. Even on the finance side of things, everything went smoothly and easily. Eugenia kept us informed via emails and was always kind and understanding. Overall, we are thrilled with the work completed and amazed at the customer service this company has provided us!

Contract Exteriors was very helpful throughout the large project of residing our home! Communication was great. Lucas did a great job keeping us informed about what was going on. Euginia was also a great help setting up the work schedule after some unforeseen delays!

Edit: Despite a bumpy road to completion, we are mostly pleased with our deck. Our dog is too! I would recommend customers conduct a careful review of project plans and have a complete understanding of terminology. Be aware that many of C.E.'s supplier's materials may not be "stock items" and might not be able to be returned/refunded. I would recommend staging and site preparations not take place until building permits have been obtained. Thank you Eugenia M., Lucas L., and Jason L. for listening and acting on issues.

I'm a very educated consumer, who is discerning and has very high expectations- in summary everyone at Contract Exteriors exceeded my expectations, and completed our project sooner than promised with excellent workmanship. Anyone considering a home repair or improvement project should have them as their first option. More details: The first contact was with Ryan, who created our contract, took extensive photos to document what we wanted and offered great advice for the siding plan. Jeff was the project manager, and was in constant communication, showing up nearly every day at precisely 8am to check on the progress of his team and ask me if I had any concerns or questions. When we did the last walk through to create a "punch list" of final details to complete, he had more to suggest than I did - a very rare thing indeed. The work team was led by Jose who, like Jeff was on time, every time, and clearly dedicated to doing his job well and efficiently. Finally, Eugenia from the office was available for questions and called to ask how things were progressing and if I had any questions. We could not be happier with the result. Contract Exteriors does excellent work, and are very responsive and easy to work with. Look no further!

The house looks great. From start to finish dealing with the Contract Exteriors team Ryan, Lucas, and Jason were excellent. Wish I could give them 5stars but lack of clean up by the crew was lacking. To many nails were found in my yard by my magnet that I ran around my house. Otherwise, great work on the finished project.
