WHAT IS A SMASH ROOM?
A smash room (or rage room) is a controlled environment in which participants can safely break items for entertainment or stress relief.
WHAT CAN I SMASH?
Our smash packages include common household items like glassware, dishes, and electronics. Specialty items like car windshields and office copy machines are also available. You can even smash a used car!
WHAT SMASH TOOLS DO I USE?
We provide you with various tools and implements for smashing, including crowbars, baseball bats, golf clubs, and sledgehammers.
IS THIS SAFE?
Safety is our #1 priority. We provide all necessary safety gear including goggles, face shields, gloves, and jumpsuits. Participants must also watch a brief safety video before getting started.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? WHAT TIMES ARE YOU OPEN?

Do you take walk ins?
Yes, we take walk-ins at participating locations any time during normal business hours, subject to availability. Contact your local iSmash to confirm walk-in rules and availability.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Make sure you are wearing closed-toed shoes. Boots and jeans are recommended but not required. Jumpsuits are available at participating locations for a nominal fee. Otherwise, just bring your smile and an appetite for destruction!
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY BOOKING?
Please have all members of your party arrive promptly for your scheduled booking time. We buffer 10 minutes into each session to allow participants time to check-in, sign waivers, watch the safety video, and put on their gear.
ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR SMASH ROOMS?
You must be 18+ to participate. Youths/minors age 8+ can participate with the consent of a parent of legal guardian.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A WAIVER? IS IT AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Each participating adult must sign a release before participating. Each participating youth/minor must have a release signed by a parent or legal guardian. Our waiver form is available on the location page of the iSmash you are visiting. If you book online, there will be a link to the waiver form in the confirmation email sent to you after booking. You can also complete the waiver when at the time of check-in using one of our kiosks.
FOR A GROUP PACKAGE, ARE THE ITEMS SHARED OR PER PERSON?
Unless otherwise noted, all items listed under each smash package are per person. Your smash room will be prepared with a separate package for each participant.
DO YOU HAVE WI-FI? CAN I PLAY MUSIC?
Yes and yes! We have free Wi-Fi, and each smash room is equipped with speakers and auxiliary hookups for iPhone/Android devices so you can play your own smash soundtrack at no extra cost!
CAN I BRING MY OWN STUFF TO SMASH?
Yes, we have a B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Box) package. All items most be approved by us upon arrival. The following items are prohibited: Pressurized cans Light bulbs Heating or cooling mechanisms Anything poisonous or toxic CRT monitors or televisions
CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC ITEMS TO SMASH?
You may request specific items you wish to smash during the booking process or when you arrive. We will do our best to provide these items based on our inventory, but we can’t make any guarantees.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEOS DURING MY SESSION?
Of course! We allow you to take unlimited pictures/videos with your mobile device. We’d love if you tag us on anything you post to social media! We also have cameras installed in each room, so if you’d rather focus on smashing and leave the recording to us, you can purchase a video of your session either at the time of booking or when you’re done.
CAN I DRINK AND SMASH?
Not with this kind of smashing, unfortunately. We reserve the right to deny service to any person we suspect to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
CAN I PARTICIPATE IF I'M PREGNANT?
Our safety guidelines do not permit pregnant women to participate.
DO YOU OFFER PACKAGES FOR BIRTHDAY PARTIES, LARGE GROUPS, AND CORPORATE EVENTS?
Yes! We cater to groups and parties of all sizes and can customize a package that’s just perfect for your event. You can learn more on our Parties & Events page or by contacting your local iSmash.
Do you offer gift cards?
We certainly do! Gift cards can be bought either online or in-store. To purchase a physical gift card, simply visit any iSmash location.
How do I redeem gift cards?
Each gift card, either electronic or physical, has a unique code along with it. This code is inputted at the checkout page of our online booking platform. You can also reserve with your gift card over the phone or by email. Depending on our availability, we can accept gift cards as a walk-in booking.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Reservations must be canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. If you are unable to attend your scheduled reservation and cannot provide the required 24-hour notice, you may reschedule for a different date and time or place your reservation on hold for future use. Please note: Larger group events may be subject to different cancellation policies, which can vary by location. For details, contact your local iSmash Center.
