This company is outstanding and so professional. I was rushing last minute to find someone to clean my home, because of last minute family visitors. And Kristina was so understanding and accommodating. Her team did a wonderful job; and my house smells and looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had the opportunity today to have Kristina and her girls from LINEN come in to clean. Truly an awesome group to work with. A few weeks ago, Kristina came to do a walk through and immediately I knew she would be so easy to work with. I received a text this morning as to when team would arrive and she herself would be coming to check up. They arrived on time. I honestly don’t believe our home has ever been this clean. Will definitely be continuing with the services from LINEN.

Kristina and her team are amazing! She texts the date and time when she is coming so i have advance notice to bring my dogs outside. Her team is efficient, thorough and when they leave the home is immaculate. It also smells amazing. We highly recommend them and always look forward to when they come!

My husband and I have used Linen for over a year and had always had a decent experience until recently. The providers have shown up late to our last few cleaning, and one I had to reschedule because they were going to be almost 3 hours late. My last deep cleaning, 2 days ago, I was charged double the rate that I normally pay for a deep cleaning. I usually pay $200 and this time I received a bill for $400. I called the company and the woman I spoke with simply said that the ladies spent more time than usual and that this was their rate. I looked at our ring cameras and saw that the providers showed up 30 minutes late and left 30 minutes before their scheduled end time, so they certainly didn't spend more time than normal. Our house is modest and was no dirtier than normal. My husband and I have no children and had no recent guests. So I am completely bewildered by the doubled price. I then spoke with a friend who lives down the street from us and she told me that Linen recently more than doubled their price without warning as well, and charged her more than $500 for her most recent standard cleaning. Like I mentioned, we've always been happy with this company until recently but we will never be hiring them again based on these experiences.

Kristina has been my housekeeper for over three years. She is very thorough and conscientious and I am always pleased with how my home looks.....and how it smells so CLEAN! Not only does she do a wonderful job, but she also is prompt and trustworthy. I highly recommend Kristina and her team at Linen without hesitation.
