The GC Rob Suggs was very responsive and worked hard to make sure the job was completed 100% to my satisfaction. There were some issues with materials that were outside of his control and not the fault of New Beginnings Construction, yet he never complained about working through them, he just kept at it until the job was done. I really love the finished project. What was once just a solid brick wall now has French doors and a little landing/deck out to the back patio. I also appreciated the detailed quote that New Beginnings Construction provided at the beginning of the project and the software they used to send the quote, accept the quote, and process the payment. Very professional. I always get at least three estimates before starting a project and they by far seemed the most organized and official.

So thankful for Blake and New Beginnings! Blake was always responsive and helpful; he worked with my insurance company for 10 months and, even when initially denied, worked hard to ensure the right outcome. My new roof is beautiful and up to code. Blake has been nothing less than a stellar contractor and a pleasure to work with!

We experienced external home damage in a surprise summertime evening "microburst" resulting in hail damage to our roof and vinyl siding. Michael Sanders was our initial contact with New Beginnings who immediately had a calming presence in our abrupt upheaval. He was compassionate about our unexpected home repair project & provided us a step by step map of what to expect with the insurance/mortgage company process. He remained readily available for questions until the final steps had been completed. Austin was on site each time a crew had to put hands on our home & kept in close contact. Home site supervision that was highly valued as I work from home with a small child -- he accompanied workers into our home - which made us feel safe. There was a hail storm in my neighborhood this summer and my house got damaged pretty well: roof, siding, windows and fence. I have never had to deal with that before, so I was quite overwhelmed. I picked New Beginnings based on reviews I saw online, and I called Blake. He was very thorough explaining the process to me and then helping me work with my insurance company. He made sure I understood what was going on and was not taken advantage of since I don’t know much about house insurance claims. New Beginnings did great color matching on my siding and offered me different roof colors. Everything was ordered and when the supplies showed up, work was scheduled and coordinated for me. I didn’t even have to be home. The guys looked after everything, with great attention to detail. Then everything was cleaned up and I barely found any nails. I feel like I was taken care of in a situation where I really needed help, because I couldn’t handle it myself. New Beginnings crew walked me through it and got me my house back in even better shape than it was. Thank you, guys, for the job well done! I really appreciate all of you!
