in the last weekAndy’s Work was most Excellent. He is Very Knowledgeable in his field of Wood and Mechanical work, even Electrical . Andy has a Great Professional one on one personality. Very easy to get along with. He is also a Fellow Veteran of the U.S. Military as myself . You could see Day light under my front door , which would let dust in and bugs at times, but he corrected the situation without Us having to pay more than $2200 in just labor for a New Door. in the last weekI could not be more pleased with Rapid Repairs. We just purchased our home that is only 3 years old. The previous homeowners upgraded everything on the surface level. We wanted to make sure the mechanicals were taken care of as well. With his recommendations we had Greg flush the water heater. The sediment build up was on another level. This could’ve cost us a lot more than what we paid for the flush. The pictures say a lot more than I can.

During the initial consult, he clearly laid out my options and on the day of the work he was on time, completed the work efficiently, and addressed the issue. Thank you, Charles!
