Do you use my existing furniture or bring your own?

SpaceLove aims to use as much furniture and décor from the homeowner as possible to complete the project. We have a large inventory of accessories and accent furniture to finish the staging. When larger furniture is needed, we have the resources to rent these items at fair market prices.

How long does the staging process take?

After the initial consultation and once the homeowner has completed all necessary repairs, deep cleaning, and other tasks, the process typically takes 1-2 weeks for homes up to 2,500 square feet. For larger homes, expect a delivery time of 2-3 weeks.

What happens to the staging items after my home sells?

Any items brought into the home from SpaceLove’s inventory will be picked up on an agreed-upon date.

What is your fee for staging services?

Our baseline rate is $175 per hour, which includes all services to stage inspiring spaces for buyers. Stocked rental décor and accent furniture packages start at $200 per week. Large furniture rentals are quoted individually, with a pass-through cost plus a $50 sourcing fee per item.
