The Exchange at Mount Pleasant was born out of a desire to create productive space for the flexible workers in our heavily populated and growing community. We are independent entrepreneur who needs an affordable workspace. The growing startup team that’s not quite ready for a corporate office. The “work from home” man or woman discovering there is really no such thing. The realtor, lawyer, or networker needing executive office services.

6 months agoWe held our wedding at The Exchange at Mt Pleasant and we could not have had a better experience. The venue is beautiful and the event coordinator Camila was professional, organized, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

a year agoThe Exchange is the best venue! We had our wedding here a few weeks ago. Their team is awesome. Camila was very responsive and answered my endless list of questions. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and it is right by Dunes West so our pictures turned out amazing. They have everything… a greenery wall, built in bars, separate cocktail hour area, wrap around porch, beautiful chandelier and places for the bride and groom to get ready. All of our guests loved the venue. Would definitely recommend having your next event here!
