Extremely disappointed. I took my wife, my dog, and my 10 month old daughter here on a Sunday afternoon because we thought it would be a fun place to try for our dog. We were completely denied service because we had our baby with us, and they require all people to be 21+. I asked the manager to explain, and she said it was because they were afraid other dogs might jump up on our child. I looked around and counted 3 very calm dogs in the entire place. I told them I wasn’t worried about dogs jumping on my child and I would even sign a document saying I would relieve them of any liability. We just wanted a bite to eat and to let our dog play. They denied my request and made us leave the restaurant. Are you kidding me? I understand how a bar would require 21+, however, they told me it was because there were dogs there. This would imply that not even a 20 year old adult could come here because they are afraid of dogs jumping on them this is an absolutely absurd policy, and one that can easily be remedied by providing some sort of liability form to customers. This place is a joke, and I am very bummed because we wanted to become regular customers since we just moved to the area. Not anymore though. I won’t be coming back. Make sure you leave all babies AND 20 year old adults behind because apparently the dogs here are too vicious for them. Sad business choice.

If dogs could leave reviews, mine would give Broken Leash Dog Park & Bar 12/10 and demand we move in permanently. This place is the ultimate win-win: the pups run wild (in the best, supervised way), and the humans get to kick back with a drink instead of pretending we enjoy standing awkwardly at a regular dog park. The space is clean, well-kept, and set up so dogs can safely zoom, wrestle, and make questionable life choices — all while I relax. Huge shoutout to Shannon for always making it such a welcoming experience. She somehow manages to remember all the dogs’ names and most of the humans’ drink orders, which honestly feels like a superpower. You can tell she truly cares about creating a fun, friendly vibe for everyone who walks through the gate (on two legs or four). If you haven’t been yet, you should fix that. Your dog will thank you. 🐾🍻

No food, so they have food trucks. Beer is good. The crowd is not very kind, steals your chair when you go to the bathroom
