CRUNCH FITNESS – TROLLEY ROAD

The gym has a lot of people there no matter what time of day you go. It’s always crowded and sometimes it’s hard to get the equipment you want to use. With that being said, the staff here is awesome. Courtney and Christina are always willing to help me when I need it. They’re kind and always have a great attitude!

I’ve been a member since this gym was at its old location, and it used to be great the environment was welcoming to everyone. Since moving to the new location, it’s gone downhill in a lot of ways. About half the staff are genuinely good, but the other half not so much. Some of the personal trainers treat members who aren’t part of their training plans with real disrespect. They’ll yell across the gym at other members if they feel like you’re “in the way” of their workout or their client’s session. That kind of behavior makes the gym feel unsafe, not welcoming. If you’re looking for a place that feels safe and respectful for all members, this isn’t it anymore. It’s a shame, because it didn’t used to be this way.

this gym is overcrowded and they keep doing promos to get more people in. it takes me over an hour and a half to be able to complete my workout. the childcare staff also apparently stopped letting parents get their kids. i went to go get my son because no one was at the front desk to which only then she could pay attention to the fact i needed to get my child. she only came over to tell me they could assist momentarily and was rude about it. not to mention again- OVERCROWDED. so half the time there’s no spots even in the child care center. honestly just a waste of money for the upgraded membership.

Truck driver friendly, park in back and no issue. This location is an embarrassment and the worst location I’ve seen in the country especially for how crowded and popular it is!! Showers were hot, water fountain was undrinkable it’s so warm, I’ve never been to a gym with so many broken down treadmills. Half of the treadmills are broken, how does this even happen?? Not to mention stair stepper broken, bikes broken, and other equipment around the gym as well. So glad this isn’t my home location because I would cancel my membership immediately, this location is trash and I will happily never be back

Reason for 4 stars is it's crowded as hail. Employees are very nice and helpful .
