Welcome to the Crunch family! Our gyms are equipped with top-tier strength and cardio machines—everything you need for an exceptional workout. Our world-class personal trainers are here to help you make the most of your experience, all at an unbeatable price.
Solid gym, reasonable prices, good people. Plenty of free weights and weight machines, and lots of cardio equipment. (From May 2023 when this was Pivotal Fitness)
It really amazes me that Crunch would purchase o2 And not even bother to clean the gym. Brand new gym and even on week 1... The mens locker room is absolutely disgusting. Floor covered in urine, feces everywhere in the stalls, mold in the showers, every single locker is broken, sauna smells rancid like it hasn't been cleaned ever. I had high hopes for this gym as it is convenient but am extremely grossed out and cancelled my membership instead.
Canceled my membership after 30 days due to no parking, overcrowding, and the gym feeling old and cramped. I first emailed the manager and was told to cancel in person, which I did. While canceling, I specifically confirmed with the guy at the counter I would not have any further charges and was told I was good to go.
Despite this, my card was charged $106 a few weeks later with no explanation. When I followed up, the manager (McKinley) said it was “policy,” even though this was never explained during my email communication with her or when I canceled in person. Communication was extremely slow, with the final response taking TEN days just to be told nothing could be done. I ended up paying around $150 for a membership I only used for 30 days. From reviews seems I’m not the only one who was charged after being told I wouldn’t. Lack of communication from management was frustrating. I’ll never sign up for another crunch.
