in the last weekExtremely frustrated with Crunch Fitness West Ashley. The biggest issue is not even the gym itself — it’s the management. Calls and emails go unanswered, and when you finally do get someone on the phone, they are rude, dismissive, and act like member concerns are an inconvenience. Customer service should matter, especially when people are paying monthly memberships. Instead of trying to help or resolve concerns professionally, management seems uninterested and unwilling to listen. Very disappointing experience overall, and I would not recommend this location based on the lack of professionalism alone.

I signed up after being told there would be 5 AM classes, which was one of the main reasons I joined, but they never happened. The cleanliness of the gym in the mornings was terrible. Equipment and common areas looked like they had not been cleaned, and seeing employees lounging around without shoes on made the environment feel even less professional. The final straw was the way management handled my cancellation. Instead of listening to concerns or trying to resolve anything professionally, I was met with attitude and accused of lying about my experience. Completely unacceptable customer service. There are too many gyms in the area to spend money somewhere that treats members this way.

in the last weekI joined Crunch Fitness West Ashley with high hopes, especially after being told there would be 5 AM classes available. Unfortunately, those classes were never offered after I signed up. The gym was also consistently very unclean during the early morning hours, and it was not uncommon to see employees sitting on the couches without shoes on and walking around the gym barefoot, which felt very unprofessional and unsanitary. What disappointed me the most was the way my concerns were handled when I canceled my membership. Instead of listening to feedback professionally, management became rude and dismissive during the phone call. I understand every gym can have issues from time to time, but customer concerns should be taken seriously and handled respectfully.

in the last weekDefinitely the gym for travelers! It's everywhere. Some locations are clearly better than others, but this is definitely a good gym with everyone you need. Like anywhere, busy times are busy, BUT it has everything you need for a great workout.
