Haystayk exists to connect neighbors with reliable local businesses. Here is exactly what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send a request to a business we collect your name, email, optional phone number, the neighborhood you selected and the message you wrote. If you create an account we store your email and the businesses you save. We also record basic, non-identifying usage such as which pages and listings are viewed.
How we use it
Your request is delivered to the single business you chose so they can reply to you directly. We never broadcast a request to multiple businesses and we do not sell contact information. Usage data is used to show member businesses how their listing performs and to improve the site.
Who sees your information
The business you contacted, and the Haystayk team. We use service providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics, who process data only on our behalf.
Cookies
We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your neighborhood and measure aggregate traffic. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from any email we send. Write to hello@haystayk.com and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page. Continued use of Haystayk means you accept the current version.
