Straightforward terms, plainly written.
These terms cover how residents and member businesses use Haystayk.
Using Haystayk
Haystayk is a curated guide to local businesses in the Charleston area. You may use it to find, evaluate and contact businesses. Do not scrape the site, misuse contact forms, or submit false or abusive content.
What a listing means
Membership means a business met our standards at the time it was reviewed. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, pricing, availability or outcome. Any agreement you make is directly between you and the business.
Member businesses
Members are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, licensing, insurance and the claims they publish. We may edit, pause or remove a listing that no longer meets our standards or that misrepresents the business.
Content you submit
You keep ownership of what you submit and grant Haystayk permission to display it on the site. Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use.
Liability
Haystayk is provided as-is. We are not liable for the services performed by any business listed here, or for losses arising from your use of the site.
